| Like I said before Guinness is English, not Irish - but the Irish have adopted it. The idea of seeing how it was made was interesting - hearing the water, smelling the beer and hops, and of course the free beer that went along with the tour - but it was almost all automated with video. It was still interesting, but climbing 8 stories (with no air conditioning!) was not fun. I was pretty much over it, but kept going because there was a glass bar at the top and the 360 degree views of the city were amazing! I'm sure It would have been more exciting if I liked Guinness, but I would say it was worth the trip. |
